An inventory notice notifies you when new properties become available in your areas of interest.

Price change notices notify you when the price of properties in your area of interest is reduced.

For example, if you are interested in properties in Denver, Colorado, when the price of one or more properties in Denver, Colorado is reduced, BuyBankHomes sends you an e-mail notifying you of the price change. For a recurring charge of $9.95 every month, you can add an unlimited number of price-change notice groups for which you want to receive notification.

Feature one of your Properties on the home page of BuyBankHomes!

Silver and Gold broker/agents can bid to have one of their properties featured on the home page. Each property can have a bid placed to feature that property on the home page for one week (Monday through Sunday). Only the property with the winning bid will appear on the home page of BuyBankHomes. Go to your "My Properties" page and select the "Feature on Home Page" button to learn more!
