Using the site
Our approach stems from the three most important rules of interactive design:
Usability, usability and usability. And not necessarily in that order.
 The left menu will
change to silo specific options as you navigate through the site. Use those
options to find relevant information in that area.
Below the header
picture you will see a breadcrumb trail, telling you where you
have been and helping you find your way back.
The right pane (right
side of page) offers a customer service email tool, from which you can quickly contact us for help
should you have any issues while navigating around the site.
The Sitemap will
allow you to find pages based on who you are or what you are looking for.
The FAQ section
will walk you through the most asked questions in a simple, clean
and efficient manner.
The Join section
gives you access to all of the user-centered categories, while providing
a quick and intuitive registration form.
